The Universal Modules are widely applicable carrier modules designed to accommodate many different tools. The versatility of these modules makes it very cost-effective to adapt the cutting system to changing production requirements. 

A bayonet lock allows for quick tool changes without a need for a screwdriver. A new or different tool can be set up with little effort and made ready for use. Modules can be operated in pressure or position mode. For different applications, the Universal Module is available in five different versions.

• Universal Module UM-S - is universally applicable with a wide range of tools.
• Universal Module Speed UM-ZS - is quick and provides up to 10 kg/22 lbs of pressure.
• Universal Module Power UM-ZP - provides up to 30 kg/66 lbs of pressure.
• Universal Module Large UM-60L - for large tools that do not fit in the UM-ZS/ZP and are suitable for use on G3 or D3 cutters.
• Universal Module UM-120 - for G3 cutters with 120 mm/4.72 beam clearance.
