With the modular Zünd Cutter G3 L-2500, Fine Print is exploring new spheres.
The British print service provider Fine Print with over 50 employees produces a wide range of advertising materials for its very demanding customers. In
the display department, exhibition displays, banner stands, advertising tarpaulins or external displays are produced around the clock. Fine Print managed
to master the increasing order quantity efficiently and at the highest quality with a Zünd Cutter G3 L-2500.
Opening up new business areas
With the G3 L-2500, Fine Print can cover the whole spectrum of displays. At the same time the print service provider cost-effectively and precisely cuts posters, stickers or packaging. Additionally, Fine Print can make its service offerings even more flexibly. Previously, Fine Print had to have prototypes and single runs produced externally. Today, they can produce these products themselves and therefore increase their own value creation. CEO Dan Bakewell is impressed: „The G3 L-2500 with its unique production output has sustainably changed out business: We have massively reduced our throughput times and can take on orders much more flexibly.“
„We can combine the tools from the Zünd Tool system individually. This allows the materials to be processed cost-effectively and flexibly,“ Dan Bakewell explains. The G3 is constructed so that it fulfils the individual requirements of the user of a modern digital cutting system. The modular cutter concept convinced Fine Print. It allows the use and combination of the most vaired tools: milling and engraving with the URT for instance, or V-cutting for 3D designs made from high-expansion foam or sandwich boards. Fine Print creases and cuts paper, solid cardboard, polypropylene or twin-walled sheet in impressive quality.
