SEMA 2026: Driven by innovation. Defined by versatility.
From vehicle wraps and custom interiors to carbon fiber components and foam inlays, companies serving the automotive and specialty equipment markets are constantly searching for ways to work faster, smarter, and with greater flexibility. At SEMA 2026, Zünd will demonstrate how one digital cutting platform delivers all that… precisely and productively.
Throughout the show, the Zünd G3-L2500 digital cutter at Booth 36205 (South Hall Upper) will run live demonstrations featuring materials commonly used in automotive and aftermarket applications*. From cutting vinyl films to a variety of foams and rigid plastics, visitors will see firsthand how quickly Zünd cutting systems adapt to changing materials while maintaining exceptional precision and cut quality.

Live demonstrations highlight versatility
Configured to showcase the versatility of Zünd digital cutting, the G3-L2500 demonstrates how a single platform can efficiently handle a wide variety of applications with minimal setup and rapid job changeovers. Live demonstrations will highlight multiple cutting and routing processes, including kiss-cutting, through-cutting, engraving, pocketing, and routing, across a range of materials commonly used in automotive and specialty-equipment applications.
By combining different tools and processing methods on a single platform, manufacturers can quickly adapt to changing materials, designs, and production requirements while maintaining the precision and consistency needed for top-quality results.
In addition to live demonstrations, the booth will feature a broad collection of finished samples showcasing the versatility of Zünd digital cutting technology. From carbon fiber components and custom interior applications to foam inserts, graphics, signage, and specialty fabricated products, these examples highlight the extensive range of materials and applications that Zünd cutting technology can handle both easily and efficiently.
Innovative workflows for efficient operation
The booth will also highlight the capabilities of the Zünd Cut Center (ZCC) software suite, which streamlines production workflows from job preparation and optimization to cutting and finishing. Zünd experts will be available to discuss production challenges, workflow strategies, and available application-specific solutions.

Meeting evolving market demands
Whether producing vehicle graphics, interior components, or fabricated parts involving foam materials or composites, manufacturers face increasing pressures to do more with less. At SEMA 2026, Zünd is demonstrating once again how digital cutting technology helps meet those challenges through a combination of precision, efficiency, and flexibility.
