Poster-Print continues to expand its capacity with the Zünd Cutter G3 XL-3200 with Board Handling System.

Rational at the highest level

Poster-Print is specialized in the production of interior decorations, advertising banners and POS materials. In recent years, the company has massively built up production capacities in the printing area. This leads to bottlenecks in the downstream processes. With the investment in a Zünd Cutter G3 XL-3200 with Board Handling System (BHS), Poster-Print has enormously reduced throughput times in production. The BHS, which can process large-format materials of up to 2 x 3 m, automates the cutting process at the highest level.

Even more economical cutting

The BHS automates loading and unloading of the Zünd Cutter and reduces personnel requirement to a minimum. The highest degree of automation enables completely independent and unsupervised production, even overnight. If the operator needs to intervene, the Zünd Cut Center automatically sends an email. With the G3 XL-3200, Poster-Print was able to massively reduce the production times, explained CEO Polina Gebgart in a conversation: "The new Zünd Cutter produces large runs at maximum speed precisely and efficiently. The combination of precision and cost-effectiveness also opens up new possibilities for us in the production of prototypes and small runs."

Further optimizing processes
