Zünd to demonstrate smarter finishing workflow at The Print Show 2026
Zünd will use The Print Show 2026 to demonstrate how intelligent prepress automation, versatile digital finishing and connected production technology can help print and signage businesses increase productivity, reduce waste and take on a wider range of applications.
On Stand P520, visitors will see a complete finishing workflow built around PrimeCenter, the control centre for print-and-cut prepress, alongside Zünd Cut Center (ZCC), Zünd Connect and the S3 digital cutting system.
PrimeCenter will demonstrate how print-and-cut jobs can be prepared for production in just a few clicks, creating optimised nested layouts and production-ready print and cut files while reducing repetitive manual tasks. By streamlining job preparation before it reaches the cutting table, PrimeCenter helps improve material utilisation, minimise waste and keep production moving efficiently.

The workflow will then be brought to life on the Zünd S3, equipped with a Sheet Feeder and Router Module. Live demonstrations will highlight the versatility of the S3 across a wide range of rigid and flexible materials, including acrylic, vinyl, acoustic foam and stretch fabric. Applications will include routing, engraving, edge polishing, V-grooving and precision cutting, demonstrating how one modular platform can support diverse requirements across signage, displays, packaging and textiles.

Working in collaboration with swissQprint, Zünd will also demonstrate an integrated print-and-cut workflow. The live application will show how digital printing and digital finishing can work seamlessly together, combining intelligent job preparation with precision finishing to increase efficiency while retaining the flexibility required for customised production.

Zünd Cut Center and Zünd Connect will complete the software workflow, providing production management and insight alongside PrimeCenter's prepress capabilities. Together, the solutions demonstrate how software can play a central role in reducing manual intervention and creating a more efficient digital finishing operation.
Gaj Jeevanandan, Marketing Manager at Zund UK said “We want visitors to see that digital finishing is about much more than the cutting process itself. The workflow starts with preparing the job efficiently in PrimeCenter and continues through to the S3, where a wide range of materials can be cut, routed, engraved, polished and V-grooved. By bringing the software, machine and applications together on the stand, we can demonstrate how businesses can improve material utilisation, reduce manual processes and increase productivity, while having the flexibility to take on a much broader range of work. The collaboration with swissQprint adds another dimension, showing how digital printing and finishing can work together. Ultimately, we are demonstrating how the right combination of software, automation and versatile finishing technology can help businesses get more from their production workflow."
Visitors to Stand P520 will be able to discuss their individual production requirements with the Zünd team and see the company's digital finishing technology in action across a range of materials and applications at The Print Show 2026.
