The ELOSTO 50 MC is the most powerful electric oscillating tool in its class. With its increased stroke and high cutting power, it opens the door to new materials and applications that were previously impossible to cut using pneumatic oscillating tools.

The ELOSTO 50 MC is designed for maximum cutting performance in challenging industrial applications. The tool brings the proven concept of electric oscillating tools from the Q-Line to G3 and D3 cutters. With an oscillating stroke of 5 mm (0.2 in), the ELOSTO 50 MC offers significantly higher cutting forces than conventional pneumatic oscillating tools and expands the range of materials that can be processed. And thanks to its electric drive, the ELOSTO 50 MC delivers a consistent frequency and uniform stroke, while significantly reducing operating costs. This ensures stable processes and consistent cut quality, and eliminates the performance fluctuations typical of pneumatic systems. Certain rigid plastics, multi-layer corrugated cardboard, technical foams, and rubber materials can all be cut with precision and repeatability. 

Integrated sensors continuously monitor the load and protect the tool from overload. At the same time, the robust design significantly reduces maintenance requirements.
