Conveyor Belt Cleaner
The automatic, air-powered conveyor belt cleaner keeps the conveyor belt consistently clean as it advances—contact-free, wear-free, and designed for minimal maintenance.
A clean work surface is essential for consistent cut quality, contamination-free results, and reliable vacuum performance. The conveyor belt cleaner automatically cleans the belt with every advance, across the full width of the belt, contact- and maintenance-free. The cleaning function uses compressed air and operates without any physical contact.
It effectively prevents contamination of cut parts, which is particularly advantageous with frequently changing applications and sensitive materials.
Loose particles are collected in a waste container. The exhaust air is routed through a filtration system which, depending on the application, may include a screen, HEPA filter, or a connection to a vacuum cleaner (all included with the system).
The conveyor belt cleaner is fully integrated in the production workflow and activated automatically through the front-end cutter software. The system operates on compressed air; no power supply is required.
The conveyor belt cleaner can be installed on Zünd S3, G3, or D3 cutters beneath the front cutter extension.
