ELOSTO 25 MC

The ELOSTO 25 MC was developed for highperformance applications on G3 and D3 cutters, bringing the proven Q-Line ELOSTO technology to third-generation machines. Featuring a 2.5 mm (0.1 in) stroke, the ELOSTO 25 MC offers robust performance, excellent process stability, and a long service life. 

The electric drive ensures a consistent stroke height and frequency, regardless of material density or blade condition. This ensures reproducible cut quality at all times. In many applications, the ELOSTO 25 MC enables higher cutting speeds than pneumatic tools thanks to its robust design, resulting in lower operating costs. 

Integrated sensors actively protect the ELOSTO 25 MC against overload and wear, greatly extending maintenance intervals. The plain bearing can be inspected and replaced by the operator. In practice, the ELOSTO 25 MC enables fast and precise cutting of tough and otherwise demanding materials that were previously difficult or even impossible to process — a clear productivity gain for industrial users.
