The Q-Line with BHS180 board handling gives you everything you need for an efficient, uninterrupted flow of materials in an industrial-level finishing process for displays and printed packaging. This includes sophisticated and fully automated material feeding and stacking, as well as a range of registration options with the new UNDERCAM system— and all of it on the fly. It makes finishing more productive, increases throughput, reduces operator intervention to a minimum, and practically eliminates any and all downtime.

Beams made from CFR polymers

The beams are made of carbon fiber-reinforced polymers, which makes them very lightweight and exceedingly strong.

Stack height

The stack height of 1.8 m allows much longer uninterrupted operation.

UNDERCAM

The UNDERCAM captures the image, identifies any distortions in the print, and ensures the cut and print are perfectly matched.

Workstation

Drive system

The linear drive system takes productivity to a new level. It is extremely reliable, wear free, and energy efficient.

Substructure

The new substructure of the Q-Line is made from highly stable concrete. It can handle any load level and, even at extremely high speeds, ensures exceptionally smooth operation and maximum cutting accuracy.

Off-load unit

The new design of the off-load unit allows easy and precise stacking of bridge-free, cut board/sheet material.

Modules

The new AUTOMO E and AUTOMO L modules are compatible with any tool.  AUTOMO E excels particularly in speed, while AUTOMO L is all about force.

Tool changer

The new tool magazines each have seven tool stations. An integrated scanner automatically identifies which tools are in the magazine.

  • AUTOMO acts as a carrier for many different tools.
  • UNITO the universal tool for drag-knife cutting an extremely wide range of materials with centered or off-centered blades. 
  • DRAWTOthe tool for marking and drawing on almost any material.
  • ELOSTO for electric oscillating cutting of materials up to 55 mm thick.
  • CRETO a creasing tool available in several different designs depending on the diameter of the crease wheel.
  • PERTO the tool for creating precisely perforated lines.
